About the role

It's a very senior role who will leader at least 10 leadership members in the team. If you are now in the FMCG/ IT or other industry with sales background, it would be great. Meanwhile, You are the key person in the internal or external business management and will has strong networking with your partners, so you must be good at English and other dialects will be a plus.

What you'll do

* Lead a strong team in the assigned market and run a number of key accounts to build up deep relationships in designated area
* Continuously coach and provide recommendations to direct reports; improve team productivity and effectiveness by building the skills and capabilities of the team members
* Supply cross functional business initiatives; through initiation and planning stages to actively anticipate market impact and roll out plans
* Develop & drive sound recommendations based on insights from data analysis to optimize our productions in the market and their lodging market overall
* Lead the execution of overall market business plans to meet or exceed key targets, goals and/or strategic objectives

Who we prefer ( a strong sales leader in FMCG/IT industry)

* Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent
* 10+ year's experience(20% of travel is a plus)
* Strong project management skills, including multiple projects at a time, prioritize effectively, and to meet deadlines
* Strong written and oral English skills like native speaker; including fundamental pitching and articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
