My client is a global consulting firm with strong business in China.

Responsibility

As team leader to lead HR system project with SPA tools.

Support the Human Resource infrastructure with their system and data needs.

Act as liaison between HR business groups and HRIS, to ensure that business goals and needs are being evaluated and accurately met.

Experience of build up talent database and project experience of talent data analytical

Assists with HRIS projects in a project lead and/or support position.

Participate in the hands on design and development of new HR technology solutions.

Manages medium to large projects

Provides project support for HR initiatives.



Requirement

Requires at least 8 years of professional HRIS experience and strong competence with the various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish the job.

Bachelor's Degree specializing in Business, MIS, Human Resources or related field, OR equivalent work experience in human resources within a business environment.

Strong understanding of HR systems including; database design, structure, processes and data integrity concepts.

Strong technical knowledge of SAP(or similar HRIS) - HR and Benefits Administration
