This is company is an Europe company. Need BD Manager with good English.

Responsibility:

* Telephone prospects to research and secure meetings

* Source sufficient new business opportunities

* Generate interest at a senior level

* Conduct face-to-face meetings at a strategic/senior management level to identify needs

* Identify and present suitable client solutions

* Develop and manage an effective sales plan in conjunction with the Team Leader/Country Manager

* Report and present to Team Leader/Country Manager based on agreed KPIs

* Generate revenue in line with company expectations





Requirement:

1 Fluency in spoken and written English is critical
2 A Chinese National with a good Bachelors Degree from a reputable university in any field, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting.
3 3-5 years post graduation work experience in B2B consultative selling
4 If you do not have any sales experience but would like to embark on a challenging career in high-value B2B sales, we would like to hear from you if:functional areas of Credit Risk Management, International Tax, Supplier Risk Management and Compliance (AML, KYC).
5 B: you have worked in one of the leading consulting firms (such as the Big 4) as a consultant advising clients in the above functional areas
6 A: you have worked professionally in a major corporation or financial institution in any of the
