* Identify and qualify ideal leads of Chinese device manufacture and utilities developers, Lead sale cycle from negotiation to closure
* Work with all relevant departments to successfully on-board accounts to ensure publishers are serviced effectively.

* Ability to negotiate contracts, interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to complete agreements.
