An american boutique consumer environment design, manufacturing agency specialized in design and detail of retail is looking for a Key Account Manager.



The Company:

The premier custom, global solution provider for consumer environment design, manufacturing, rollout and installation for many of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world. My Client focuses on continual improvement, evolving our capabilities and reinvesting in our business to deliver higher performing solutions for our clients.

Reports to: Asia Commercial Director

Purpose of the Role:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintianing 1~2 key account clients, keep in touch with the client and prepare for bidding, oversight the project process.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

* Achieve sales target for key account by maintaining current client relationship, striving for project profit, making sure client repeat-cooperation.
* Equipment configuration effectively verification to lower change order rate, improve configuration accuracy rate
* Cooperate with relevant departments, improve quotation, after-sales service work flow efficiency, and achieve customer satisfaction.
* Follow-up the project schedule and payment.
* Visit clients regularly, collect information on future demand.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

* Bachelor degree or above. Preferably in Architecture/Interior Design or other related education;
* 8+ sales experience, 3+ working experiences as Key account manager preferred;
* Background in Planning/Design/Decoration will be an advantage;
* Sufficient knowledge for interior design;
* Easy going personality, and attention to details;
* Good standard English and mandarin speaking;
* Strategic thinking;
* Business acumen;
* Team working spirit.
