Hi, I'm now hiring Advertising & Performance Manager for a luxury brand!

About Our Client

Our client is a world famous luxury company.



Key Responsibility

Responsible for annual advertising plan with clear KPIs and support the GCR business goals;

Analyse performance from campaigns to generate insights and suggest actions for continuous improvement;

Work closely with agency to identify market trend, competitive landscape, latest innovative marketing approach;

Connect and liaise with key publishers and media vendors incl. print, OOH & digital, on getting the best media resources thus best ROI;

Manage annual advertising and paid marketing budget and ensure continuous improvement on efficiency.



Requirement

Minimum 8 years of media planning with focus on digital/programmatic in international advertising agency or brand

Solid experiences in planning digital and mobile first but also traditional media i.e. print & OOH advertising

Strong Experience/knowledge of China market and latest market trend on digital. WeChat innovation is a must

Hands on planning and execution experience in performance marketing including programmatic with experience in pitching with new clients

Strong analytical, proactive problem solving, trouble shooting skills

Strong partnership established with key media and publishers in China market

Understanding on China digital media landscape with knowledge on local DMP, DSP vendors and experience with global ad platforms like Google Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics etc.

Interpersonal skills involving teamwork and internal / external communication, and ability to reach consensus and move team and projects forward
