  • About The Role

    In this newly created role, the China Sales Director will be required to manage and grow the existing national sales team to achieve revenue growth and enter new markets within the region. Further you will required to be a hands-on leader, developing new business while maintaining and strengthening existing accounts. Other responsibilities include

  • Achieve or exceed China region and global budgeted input objectives
  • Work with Sales hubs in other regions to achieve their respective targets
  • Supervise China Sales Team to ensure divisional objectives and targets are being achieved.
  • Identify new markets, sales channels and customers to drive company revenue growth and profitability.
  • Direct and coordinate the development of key account managers to interface with identified key customers.
  • Establish sales department staffing, succession planning and training requirements to ensure our organization has the necessary talent, skills and competencies to achieve our targeted growth objectives.
  • About The Person

  • Minimum Bachelor in Engineering related discipline or in Business Management equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience, with and excellent track record of achieving targets
  • Strong sales channel management & key account management experience is a must, with experience in developing new market being highly desirable.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin in oral and written.
  • Strategic (long term) as well as operative (short term) skills and focus with a strong analysis skill and interpersonal skills.
