* Leading, managing and guiding the service team Optics in China with the support of the team leader's service for North and South territory.
* Maintain the high level of service expertise and to evaluate opportunities for further development
* Close collaboration with the different business stake holders and the HQ
* Establish service as a business in China
* Develop service business with a technical and commercial mindset
* Develop skills and know how in the service team
* Improve and adapt processes and guidelines in alignment with HQ
* Develop monthly and quarterly reporting in alignment with HQ
* Establish SAP-CRM as a service platform
* Build up a personal relationship with key customers
* Work closely with sales and operation team to support China business growth
* Encouraging team member to achieve target with positive attitude improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
