Responsibility



Be responsible for HR Operations, leads local HR Operations staff to deliver HR services of payroll, benefits admin, workforce admin, MI, HR system and projects, and to ensure operational excellence and service commitment for the business.

- Track and monitor operational efficiency and accuracy, ensure the quality delivery of onshore / offshore team and external vendors.

* Review standard operational procedures for alignment and compliance.
* Act as a focal contact point in terms of HR Operations and HR systems for rural banks, and with internal and external audit on tax and social insurance in rural ranks.
* Help foster a healthy and positive working environment, grow skillsets within the team, provide coaching to junior team members to drive performance and engagement.

- Lead the localization and implementation of strategic HR projects .

* Work with Board Office and HRGs, support HR related board paper preparation for banks to ensure full compliance of corporate governance.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop annual staffing cost in AOP and its monitoring as required.
* Produce high quality HR MI regularly, analyze and interpret management information report to facilitate decision-making in key people management processes.

Requirements



- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Minimum 8 year's experiences on HR Operations in MNC.

- Good command of HR system knowledge, with SAP Success Factor experiences being preferred.

- Familiar with IIT and social insurances related regulations and policies.

- Experienced in managing a team, upskilling team members and driving performance improvement.

- Project management experience preferred, e.g. implementing transformation and change programmes.
