Head of local HR Services and report to global directly

Service delivery:

* Lead the HR Services team to delivery of HR support to both in country and global managers, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
* Work in collaboration with colleagues in Regional and Global HR centres delivering services to customers located in country
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the right level of service is delivered from their team and that customers have the right level of expectations.
* Participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet their needs, and monitor performance.
* Act as an escalation and triage point, taking ownership to resolve issues raised by HR Services team and Customers
* Interacting and managing queries to external vendors, dealing with escalations and service improvement.
* Be familiar with technologies e.g. Workday, and how HR enabling technologies support HR delivery e.g. HR portal, HR case management tools.
* Guarantee the execution of administrative for COE teams, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Compensation and Benefits in line with agreed standard processes.
* Work with the other HR Service Delivery leads across the global next work to continuously work improve the customer experience

* Monitor HR service performance, utilizing key performance metrics and customer feedbackPayroll and Time:


* Accountable for the successful delivery of local HR Services, guaranteeing process payroll end to end (i.e managing input to payroll, manage payslips, validate payroll results (manage corrections, errors), post payroll activities (support payroll reconciliation, 3rd party information, bank payments), execute compliance controls, manage policy changes as needed.
* Accountable of vendor management
* Manage Time process (validate data, input to payroll, legal and policy changes etc.)


* Ensure that the guidance and support provided by HR Advisors and HR Data Management Support is of the correct quality and in accordance with written procedures, current legal requirements and quality / data privacy standards.
* Evaluate SLAs / KPIs / CSAT and other management information to ensure the Service Team delivers according to agreed performance targets.
* Advise on quality matters and owns mitigation planning.Demand and capacity planning:
* Prioritise the workload of team members to help them achieve personal and Service Team targets.

* Work to provide insights into anticipated future demand and escalate potential resourcing issues, working together to find a resolution.
