Leading Industrial MNC is Looking For a Recruitment Manager

1 Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs and in accordance with company policies and standards.
2 Implement the strategy and methodology about sourcing channels including proactive search, net-working, internet postings, website, headhunter etc. for assigned positions.
3 Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
4 Do strategic hiring based on needs of company business and talent pipeline building.
5 Analyze channel effectiveness and keep exploring more useful channels aligned with the industry and customer.
6 Manage team member's performance and resource allocation, and develop recruiter's capability and skills
7 Design and deliver recruitment initiatives and projects, like Employer Branding, Internal Referral, Campus Recruitment and etc.
8 Other relative job assigned by HRD

Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求:

1 Bachelor degree or above.
2 At least 8 years of work experience with minimum 5 years focusing on recruitment in MNC
3 Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools, Interview and assessment skills.
4 Good communication & negotiation skills with candidates and vendors, influencing skills with line managers.
5 Good English in speaking and writing.
6 Able to lead a team
