Job description

* Implement the local compensation and benefit strategy and activities through working with corporate functions and global/regional compensation team to ensure the alignment with the company business objectives and global compensation strategy and direction.
* Review and optimize total rewards programs at a country level in an innovative way to optimize the investment of the company.
* Develop actionable insights related to human resources and other workforce decisions through proactively identify and research human resources issues/challenges through internal and external data analytics.
* Establish strategic version into the design of the rewards analytics programs or products to support Total Rewards and Analytics policies and practices. Provide insights for effective decision making and problem solving through analytic products.
* Improve the engagement and retention of total rewards in China through innovative activities to optimize our ability to attract and retain talents, and also to enhance our employee value proposition (EVP) in the market;
* Act as the company compensation expertise to provide technical consultation, proactive guidance, and total rewards solution to HR community and business people.
* Collaborate closely with other CoEs, HRBPs, Shared Service Center, and Business to ensure HR delivery excellence to the clients.

Who we are looking for:

* 8 years and above experience in C&B or Total Rewards function; Experience working in leading consulting firms would be a plus;
* Solid C&B project experience such as job evaluation, market pricing, base pay structure design, incentive plan design, benefits program design;
* Good analytic skills, ability to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions from the data
* Desire to understand broad business issues and apply to the projects
* Strong influencing and communication skills;
