Hi, I'm now hiring Sr. Marketing Manager for a world famous luxury brand!

About Our Client

Our client is a world famous luxury brand with excellent increase in China market.

Key Responsibility

Develop and implement all elements of the marketing mix to drive revenue and market share

Responsible for the annual marketing plan and communication calendar development development

To implement marketing plans on time and within budget, monitor progress and results and propose changes where appropriate

Lead local production of marketing assets whenever local market need arises

To assist in developing all marketing activities (ATL/BTL) and act as team leader in their 360 degree implementation with other functions

Digital marketing development, incorporating digital innovations into everything we do with a 'being first' mindset to attract different customer group

Understand and track evolving consumer preferences and trends to make strategic decisions on routes to market and consumer communications


Minimum 10 years marketing management experience with an international luxury/consumer goods company

Brand marketing with a strong track record in Marketing campaigns management offline and online.

Strong track record and experience in Digital activation connecting ATL,BTL as well as e-commerce

Creative with ad production experience preferred

Quick, action-orientated, comfortably moves from big picture to details. Strategic and pragmatic inclination.

Strong negotiation skills

Strong presentation skills including developing proposals and selling to management

Team leadership and managing subordinates of diverse background and skill sets
