The Talent COE (Centre of Expertise) is made up of 3 pillars - acquisition, management, and development. This role focuses on the management and development pillars. We are looking for a high-energy individual to coordinate learning and talent programs/initiatives across our company to deliver impactful solutions. These include: learning initiatives, strategic and functional capability building, executive development, performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement surveys and talent assessment programs.

As an individual contributor to the Talent COE you will be accountable for the development and initial implementation of learning and talent programs/solutions in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan.


* Identify local learning needs in partnership with HRBPs and drive the delivery and facilitation of global and also customized Regional and country level learning initiatives to support key business objectives. This will include sales, product, people management, leadership training and other professional skills training
* Partner with Human Resources colleagues to develop learning solutions, including instructor led programs, materials, technology based learning and other appropriate learning approaches and tools
* Act as an Agent of Change and support culture change initiatives and global talent management programs through partnerships with country level HRBPs in order to continuously drive behavior change and improved performance. This includes Career Development, Talent Review, Manager Effectiveness survey actions and plans, Employee Engagement and behavioral change initiatives
* Oversee the onboarding and development programs/tracks for the Graduate and Internship programs in order to position us as an employer of choice and to develop talent
* Monitor and analyze the impact of learning initiatives in order to shape, change and create recommendations for the future
* Accountable for the end-to-end design and execution and performance of approved programs for a designated BU/Function or domain and ensures delivery of high quality programs
* Designs, develops and curates programs and responsible for work stream planning, identifying dependencies, critical path items and managing risks
* Identifies specific training needs for a BU/Function and partners with Global Learning Consultants, Regional/BU Talent Consultants, Regional Talent/Local HR Teams, Business SMEs, Alternative Learning Channels Team and LMS Administrators to customize and localize learning programs
* Delivery of ad-hoc projects as directed

All about you

* Bachelor's degree; Masters or equivalent degree is desirable
* Prior experience in Talent Development/Talent Management/ OD and training within a fast paced global organization and matrix structure
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style and approaches to varied audiences and global/local stakeholder groups
* Experienced in coaching employees and identifying development needs (certification in assessment tools is desirable)
* Demonstrable expertise in building strong relationships, collaborating across geographical boundaries, networking, negotiating and influencing skills
* Strong team player and demonstrates personal flexibility
* Strong Microsoft excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
* Prior experience in group or team facilitation is essential
