Consumer insights manager

* Manage data and reporting to generate insights on ongoing business performance,
including tools like retail tracking and panel data. This includes reporting in a way to inform
and influence the broader Greater China team.
* Participate in Innovation process, particularly with a focus on leading research
methodologies and facilitating consumer first innovation tools. The key objective in
Innovation is to generate insights to develop strategies and executions to win in market.
* Support product Renovation, including understanding consumer liking of current products,
identifying performance problems, and developing renovation solutions with consumer
feedback.
* Develop consumer communication in partnership with the Marketing team, getting
consumer feedback where and how appropriate.
* Execute all areas above with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration across all
projects.
* Manage relationships with consumer insight vendors.
* Present key learning and trends to senior management to inform and influence their
judgement.
