Role & Responsibility 工作职责

Identify platform opportunities in terms of platform selection, business model development, portfolio selection, value chain design etc.

识别生意机会,包括平台选择、生意模式发展、品类选择、价格链设计等

Figure out the collaboration model with home delivery platform such as Eleme and Meituan, develop plan and engage multi-function/BU to push the plan executed;

与饿了么、美团等到家配送平台合作,制定、推进生意计划

Enable MOFT (Modern Off-Trade) retailer expansion on eCommerce

发展现代渠道线上生意

Manage sales growth and profitability to coherence with company strategy. Be responsible for the ultimate volume and distribution result

根据公司策略管理生意增长、利润达成,最大化销量、分销效果

Develop annual plan of each clients, sell in and execute plan to achieve all levers of growth. Review campaign and promotion ROI, optimize plan accordingly

制定客户年度计划、进销存计划,管理JBP、促销活动的ROI

Monitor and check web page to ensure right fundamental online

管控线上生意合规操作

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and above

At least 3-year experience in eCommerce field, FMCG company or internet company like Eleme, Meituan, etc.

Fluent Chinese in verbal and written is must

Solid KA management experience with proven performance, strong in distributor management skill

Understand internet industry business model and logic. Sensitive to internet world business and technical innovation

Capability to build strong social network to explore innovation and new opportunities

Quick respond and strong problem-solving skill

Communication and collaborative skills are requirement at high level

Can survive under pressure
