A well-known high-tech company hiring HRM!

HR Management:

Responsible to build up the HR Policy System to ensure a good HR operation based on the valid and effective policy system: work out, revise and develop the HR policies based on Company's business development need and the relevant government rules and regulations;

Provide full support to the management in optimization and change of the company's organization;

Work out Human Resource Plan based on the Company's business development strategy;

Work out an reasonable budget of personnel cost and make a close control of it in order to ensure the budget implementation in a good way;

Supervise, control and coordinate the overall HR. functions (recruitment, C&B, training,staff rewarding plan, performance appraisal, employee relationship etc.)

Train, develop and encourage the team members of HR. Dept. to reach the Dept.

performance targets and the position development objectives;

Responsible for comparing and appraising HR agents and executive search organizations,

find out suitable, good suppliers and sign the relevant Service Agreements;

Responsible for making good liaison with relevant government organizations, such as Local Human Resource & Social Security Bureau, Personnel Bureau and Labor Disputes Arbitration Commission.

Admin Management:

Manage all tasks necessary for the good running of the office to improve admin management;

Transmit incoming information in the office to support and assist other employees in their use of office facilities and services and in any urgent tasks that they may need to help them fulfill their work for customers or projects.

Represent the Company and manage good relationship with all office contacts (other employees, clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, and administrations, etc.).

Qualifications:

Graduate from University or above, majored in HR Management or relevant disciplines;

At least 5 year's equivalent working experience in HR field;

Have complete knowledge in HR management and rich HR operation experience;

Be familiar with relevant state/local governments' rules and regulations;

Handle the employee's claims and complaints in a good way;

Good communication and leadership skills;

Good ability to analyze, judge and solve the problems independently;

Strong coordination and organization ability, good personnel and negotiation skills;

Pro-active, quick learner;

Good in oral and spoken English;

Proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.
