* Lead and drive the development of interventions for leadership and organisation development through initiatives across the organisation
* Manage talent development, movement, and career path to ensure retention, engagement, and development of talent at all levels
* Identify leadership development needs at the organisation and individual level and design programs and interventions to address these issues
* Design and implement leadership development interventions to suit the needs at various levels of the organisation
* Champion and drive Organisation Development interventions across the organisation
* Serve as the process owner for the Performance and Development process while building capabilities of line managers for further strengthening the process
* Develop and promote both behavioural and functional based competency related behaviours
* Design competency mapping for diverse roles in varied functions of the business
* Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognising right behaviours
* Design, deploy, and manage the talent processes
* Ensure that the leadership bench strength is always strong and available for future opportunities
* Design and implement organisational development (OD) related tools and surveys
* Conduct Talent Reviews for all levels to identify and make plans for talent across the business
* Manage the succession planning process to meet current and future business needs
