Looking for a strong Marketing Head candidate with high-end B2C marketing background.

Responsibilities

* Use and demonstrate leadership in data and analytics to drive better ROI measures
* Build *** brand into the most trusted DNA testing company in China
* Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing and business decision-making
* Allocate marketing budget for the entire company across multiple paid channels including Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, Weibo, Toutian, and more
* Develop and plan offline marketing activities & events to align with digital
* Drive lower CAC and higher customer LTV
* Develop KOL / Influencer marketing strategy and ongoing engagement
* Develop sales tools, promotional plans, and media kits as needed
* Drive revenue and profitability growth objectives by exceeding quarterly targets
* Plan and execute all SEM, marketing database, search advertising campaigns.
* Design, build and maintain ads and campaigns.
* Measure, optimize and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
* Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience in building a brand / marketing from scratch
* In-depth understanding of social and commerce platforms such as tmall, jd, yitiao, xiaohongshu, secoo and more.
* Strong network of industry contacts in marketing and potential business partnerships
* Fluent in English, Native in Mandarin
* Experience in consumer genetics / health / consumer brand will be a major advantage
* 7-10 years of online / offline marketing experience, managing an annual marketing budget of RMB $50m+
* Experience with digital analytics techniques and technologies and using ad tech and marketing tech platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with C-level executives, foster teamwork, build confidence and support for one's ideas
* Ability to plan, lead, and execute campaigns and programs across digital media (including programmatic), search, marketing automation, content marketing, personalization, social media, and mobile
* Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals. Data-driven thinker.
* Must be able to think strategically, leverage research, understanding marketer needs and creatively translating these needs into compelling concepts and programs
* Strong attention to detail, be flexible, consultative and able to work independently at a fast pace
