Quality Assurance Manager, based in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province
About Our Client:
Our client is an International Outdoor Furniture Company with rapid growing in China market
About The Role:
* Manage & implement Quality Control structures and procedures.
* Manage & monitor QC teams for continuous performance & quality improvement.
* Determine specific QC staff training needs.
* Hands on approach regarding Quality Assurance in manufacturing plants of product.
* Investigating and setting standards for QA.
* Clear communication with factory Management on all problems & resolutions.
* New Product development.
* Product Sourcing.
* Writing management & technical reports for regular communication with Company management.
* Weekend work and overtime may be required during peak production periods.
About The Person:
* Overall 5 years of working experience in Quality Control/ Sourcing/ Quality Assurance experience
* Good understanding of technical skills and manufacturing procedures.
* Planning & organising skills.
* Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage & motivate teams and react to fast moving business environment.
* Strong leadership skills with strong communication
* Detail-oriented, confident, problem solver
* Previous knowledge in the furniture industry beneficial but not essential.
* Chinese speaking beneficial but not essential.
* Needs to be based in Ningbo or Hangzhou area.
