Support Talent and Development competences

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Support Talent and Development competences directors in:
RIGHT PEOPLE RIGHT PLACE
Support Talent Directors in talent scout and talent development.
People mobility: Follow up and support.
Support on Succession planning and Package Offer.
Follow and monitor KPIs activity / dashboard of the function.

FUNCTION TALENT STRATEGY
Support implementation Talent and Learning roadmaps.
Implement Talent models (potential/performance), processes and tools for the function/ population.
Prepare Function Boards .
Lead the talent data analysis for the function.
Talent Review: Support on defining structure, content.

Functional competency animation, Gap assessment.

KEY DELIVERABLES
Dashboard of the function
Internal Candidate short lists, recommendation, moves,…
Package preparation
Talent reviews analytics
Functional boards follow-up
Analysis of competences

MAIN INTERACTION
